Alpha.b
is an independent family-run school, founded in 1993 by a
French-German management, Pascal Richez and
Anja Denysiuk. We are situated in Rue d�Angleterre, in the very
heart of the town, right next to the main shopping streets and within
a 10 minutes walk to the beaches and the old town. Our modern
equipped premises are air-conditioned and during break times you are
invited to relax in the school�s own garden. We offer free Internet
access to students and the whole building is a WIFI zone.
We
are open year-round and offer a wide range of course
programmes to all levels. You can choose the intensity and the length
of your French course according to your wishes and needs. Weather you
are looking for a Holiday Course, a Teachers� Training, an Exam
Preparation, a French Language & Cooking course, a Golden Age or
a Business French Course, at Alpha.b we have the right product for
you.
All
our teachers are native speakers holding a University degree
and having at least two years of experience in teaching French to
foreigners. The teaching body is managed by our director of studies,
Brenda Malalel, working at Alpha.b since the very beginning. Our
administration staff speaks English too and is always there to help
you with any question or problem you might have. You can talk to our
registrar Fran�oise or to Samantha, our housing coordinator.
We have
our own accommodation service which guarantees that all accommodation
types offered are carefully chosen and regularly inspected.
Besides
the French course, we offer you a varied leisure and culture
programme. Participation in this programme is optional and entrance
and transport fees have to be paid on spot (special group prices
varying from 5 to 15 Euros depending on the excursion). All our
activities are guided by Jean-S�bastien, our activity coordinator or
by one of our teachers. You are invited to participate in excursions
to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, a boat trip to St Tropez or other well
known and interesting places around Nice. Moreover, we offer beach
volley, bowling, first diving, museum visits, pubs, theatre,
restaurants, video evenings at school, etc.
Quality
is our leitmotiv and that is why we are full member of EAQUALS
(European Association of Quality Language Services) and IALC
(International Association of Language Centers). Memberschools
